Camp Format:
8:15 AM: Arrival & Check-in
9 AM - 11 AM: Technical Session- Ball work, passing patterns, possession-based drills, recognition of space.
9 AM - 11 AM: Goalkeeper Session
11 AM - 11:15 AM: Recovery- Deep stretch, understanding recovery, mental training.
11:15 AM - 12 PM: Lunch- Bring lunch!
12 PM - 12:30 PM: Learning Modules- Learning about college soccer, understanding nutrition, understanding resistance training, and more.
12:30 PM - 2 PM: Game Play- Tournament format.
